Refund Policy

1. Provider

Ladybug is a product of Martin Behrens – HoneyBear Tech e.U. (brand “Watt the f⚡️”), Stroblweg 2, 4211 Alberndorf in der Riedmark, Austria · VAT ATU79349858 · Company reg. FN 610674 a. Contact: team [at] watt-the-f.com.

2. Payment processing (Paddle)

Sales and billing of paid subscriptions are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle issues the invoice, processes the payment and – together with us – also handles refunds. Paddle’s terms apply in addition to ours.

3. Consumer right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a contract for digital services within 14 days without giving any reason, under EU and Austrian consumer law (FAGG). The period starts when the contract is concluded. A clear statement by email to team [at] watt-the-f.com is sufficient.

4. Early performance of digital services

Ladybug is an instantly usable digital service. If, at purchase, you expressly consent to us beginning performance immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal expires accordingly. Until then it remains in place.

5. Subscriptions & cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen term (e.g. monthly) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period; access remains until then. Outside the statutory right of withdrawal, there is generally no pro-rata refund for a billing period that has already started.

6. Goodwill & error refunds

We of course fully refund incorrect or duplicate charges. If you are not satisfied with the service, email us within 14 days of the charge at team [at] watt-the-f.com – we review every request fairly. Approved refunds are returned via Paddle to the original payment method (usually within 5–10 business days).
