1. Provider
The Ladybug service is provided by HoneyBear Tech e.U. (Martin Behrens), Austria. Contact: hello@ladybug.cc
2. Scope of service
Ladybug provides a live tracking dashboard for ultra-cycling events, including leaderboards, rider detail pages, and optional notifications by email or Telegram. Data is sourced from external tracking platforms; Ladybug accepts no liability for their availability or accuracy.
3. Registration & account
Full use of the service requires a free account. By registering you confirm you are at least 16 years old and accept these Terms. You are responsible for the security of your account.
4. Paid plans
Paid features (notifications, audio updates) are available via monthly subscriptions. Prices and features are listed on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are assessed individually.
5. Data licence & tracking data
Race data shown is sourced from official tracking platforms (Follow My Challenge, Racemap, Trackleaders, etc.). Ladybug does not license this data itself; commercial re-use of the data by users is not permitted.
6. Limitation of liability
Ladybug accepts no liability for damages arising from incorrect, delayed, or missing tracking data. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
7. Changes
HoneyBear Tech e.U. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by email or notice in the service. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
